Timeframe
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request an exchange or return.
How to Request
Write to us at contact@bangconnexion.com with your order number and the reason for your request (size exchange, color exchange, or return). We'll tell you how to proceed and provide the return address.
Return Conditions
The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with its tags attached.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the event of an error on our part (wrong item sent, defective product).
Exchange
Subject to stock availability, we will send you the desired size or color as soon as your return is received and checked, at no extra cost. If the desired item is no longer available, a refund will be offered.
Refund
If you prefer a refund rather than an exchange, it will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return, in accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code.
