The products offered are ready-to-wear garments manufactured in Portugal and personalized with embroidery in Paris by Bang Connexion. Stock being limited, each piece is produced in a small batch.

Product photos are representative, but slight variations may exist due to the handcrafted nature of the customization.

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Bang Connexion is a sole trader (auto-entrepreneur) benefiting from the VAT exemption scheme — no VAT applies (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

The order is confirmed once payment is validated via Stripe. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided at purchase.

Bang Connexion reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a stock shortage, with a full refund.

Payment is made online via Stripe (credit/debit card). The transaction is secure. Bang Connexion does not store any banking data.

Each piece is embroidered to order in Paris. Shipment takes place as soon as possible once the piece is ready, within a maximum of 14 business days from payment confirmation.

The customer is notified by email at each stage of their order. In case of a delay or delivery issue, please contact: contact@bangconnexion.com

This site operates under French law. In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.

To do so, contact us at contact@bangconnexion.com before returning the product in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

Independently of any commercial warranty, the seller remains liable for defects in conformity of the goods (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and for hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

In the event of a defect in conformity, the customer may request repair or replacement of the item, or failing that, a refund, under the conditions provided by law.
